The Mendoza Farmhouse has been shortlisted in the House and Villa, Rural and Coastal category at the World Architecture Festival 2022.

For this project, renowned architect Benjee Mendoza of BAAD Studio chose Metalink’s FLEXSEAM in pre-painted white. The architect’s selection of white FLEXSEAM perfectly matches the structure and the property itself, which features an edible garden and a swimming pool, against the backdrop of a pineapple plantation and a vast landscape of green. According to Ar. Benjee, FLEXSEAM represents design, structural longevity, and flexibility.
